Affinity DiagramRaw data is meaningless when it's not organized. Through a process called affinity diagraming, we quickly sorted through and categorized every input or observation we collected.
This was done by sorting through the information and grouping similar items together, then going through each group and deciding which were the most important. The winning groups were carried on into the next step. |
